We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

🔁 Return Conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or order number is required.

💸 Refund Process:

Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return:

Used or damaged items.

Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Personal care or hygiene products (if opened or used).
